The Euro Extender has a warranty for life against manufacturer defects. If your extender is in any way damaged upon receipt or does get damaged during usage, please contact our support department for immediate assistance.

180 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 180 day satisfaction guarantee gives our customers a chance to try our product and see for themselves why our extender is so successful. In the event of a return, the customer may be subject to a 21% handling and bank processing fee. Returns must be received after the minimum 180 day trial period. The reason being is that by this point you should have seen gains.

Refunds are processed minus any delivery charges incurred in sending the Euro Extender to you. If you have used the Euro Extender device and for some reason you do not see any gains, then we will refund your money once the following conditions have been met.

Our growth guarantee ONLY applies to the Deluxe Models.

The lifetime warranty applies to the metal and plastic parts of the extender.

Prior to requesting a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Use the Euro Extender for a minimum of 180 days, this is because by this point you should have seen results.

In order to qualify for the guarantee, the extender must be used for the minimum 180 day trial period. By doing so, the user has ample time to see results.  All units have a one week grace period for returns. Units returned after this period may be refused.
